The suri hand knitted cable hat has a beautiful silky feel just like the fibre it comes from. Suri alpaca fibre was in times gone only aloud to be worn by the royalty in Peru and we can see why with this fibre.
Only 10% of the world population of alpacas are suri’s. That is the same in the UK and there are not many places that process suri fibre so this is a very exclusive yarn.
The hat has been currently knitted using our cappuccino marl and Light Grey suri yarn. More colours will become available.

Please wash this garment on a wool cycle, do not tumble dry or dry in against direct heat. Dry on a flat surface.
