Delivery Charges 

UK Delivery

UK standard delivery £4.50 and FREE on all orders over £100

At HEBBS Alpacas we pride ourselves on getting your order out to you in perfect condition and as fast as we can, and to ensure this all of our phone and web parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail with a 3-5 day delivery time. All parcels are sent within two working days of the placement of the order unless otherwise stated on the product description (for example when a waiting list develops on products in certain colours).

INTERNATIONAL Delivery 

Non-UK £15 (EU and the rest of the World)

All non-UK Mainland orders are sent AirMail via the Royal Mail. Although proof of postages collected on dispatch we cannot track these parcels through the system within the destination country. We ship internationally to most countries.  International shipments are sent Airmail via the Royal Mail. We receive a proof of postage when shipped but we cannot individually track international parcels. EU parcels generally are delivered in 5-10 working days.  The USA and the rest of the world can be 10-15 working days.
